DER Kitchen General Pricing

Food Prep Area: $15 per hour

Catering Area: $35 per hour

Baking Area: $25 per hour

Mobile Units

Trucks & Trailers: $250 flat fee per month

Push (Hot Dog) Cart: $150 flat fee per month

All monthly fees due on the 5th of the month
We do not rent food trucks, trailers or push carts!

New Pricing Policy

Caterers will be required to pay a monthly deposit of $350, Bakers $250, and Prep area only $150. Time in the kitchen for the month will be deducted from the deposit.
